Will my account be banned?

• Currently, no users have been banned, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. 2K Mate is not responsible for account bans.
• This software simulates a PS Portal connection to the PS5 for streaming, which the game won't detect. Whether you get banned depends on how you balance your usage.
• Suggestion 1: If it's your main account, play normally during the day. Before bed, turn on the settings and leave it running for 6–10 hours. The risk is much lower.
• Suggestion 2: If you don't care about being banned (PS5 can authenticate digital games or use discs), keep running it until you get banned, then switch to another account. The VC farming efficiency is high — you can get a 99 Build every 3 days.

Is the software bound to a specific device?

• The software is bound to a PC, not a PS5 or PSN
• You can use one computer to control different PS5s and different PSN accounts, including friend's accounts
• Decide which computer you want to use. If unsure, buy two one-day codes and try it out
• This software currently does not support changing the bound device

How does this software work?

• This software emulates the PS Portal and PS Remote Play software, streaming to the PS5
• For the PS5, it's simply a streaming application. For the game, it's completely imperceptible
• This software doesn't modify, intrude upon, or damage the game in any way
• 2K Mate has powerful AI capabilities, automatically analyzing the screen to help you make reasonable controller decisions

What if I get stuck on the game's main menu after AFK?

• This is unrelated to scripts — it means your network is too bad
• Try using a VPN

Do I need to reconfigure after downloading a new version? Will my subscriptions remain?

• No, you don't need to reconfigure anything
• All your configurations and subscriptions will remain intact
• Even if you delete the old version's executable file, your configurations and subscriptions will still be preserved

Can I extend my subscription by directly recharging?

• Yes. Whether your current subscription is expired or not, simply enter your activation code and recharge directly
• If your subscription is not yet expired, the recharge will automatically extend your subscription period

Is Mac supported?

• Yes, you can either:
  • Install Windows 11 via a virtual machine (recommended: VMware, Parallels Desktop, or VirtualBox)
  • Set up a Windows 11 dual boot directly
• For the virtual machine's network settings, select "Bridged" mode — this assigns your VM an independent IP address, enabling it to detect your PS5

Can I use a Windows handheld device for AFK?

• Yes, you can
• There are already many Steam Deck users who have successfully implemented this
